Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere but I wanted to let everyone know about a phone call I just had with Harmony Level 2 support. I had entered the first 40 or so of the titles in my 400 DVD changer into my new 1000, but the remote would not bring them up. I called tech support and was informed that they were having trouble getting this to work and might remove it as a feature with the next software upgrade. This was not a definite descision yet, but he said that the 1000 may no longer support inputting CD and DVD titles for mega changers. Since I only had 2 more weeks to return the remote and he said it's going to be 3 weeks or so until the new software release I had to bring it back.
