Which model are your using: LT-46231 or HD-46321? There is no HD-46231 model (notice the 23 reversal). In the Adjust Inputs, which of the 4 options are you using (Flip..., Go Directly..., Menu/Cycle/Select..., Menu/Direct...)? The error message implies that one or more of its input(s) is/are configured to use a non existing command.
