It misses by one each time. The TV Activity goes to DVD input on the TV, and DVD Activity goes to the HDMI2 input----always the same.
I deleted the entire TV Device and started over, and ended up with the same error message.
I haven't yet tried to manually selected inputs to the Adjust Input settings. That will have to wait a day or so.
