After many more hours on the Harmony webpage and with the Help command on the remote, I still cannot get the 550 to switch the TV input to HDMI2 for the TV activity or to DVD for the DVD activity. I have checked and double-checked the order and the names of the inputs on the TV input screen and on the listing from the Harmony webpage, but I still occasionally get this error message: "Your TV tried to set TV_input state to the value 'HDMI2,' which is not one of the values defined for that state." Well, whatever that cryptic message means, I know that HDMI2 is listed on the INPUT devices on the screen of the TV, and HDMI2 is also shown on the list of input devices downloaded for that model of TV from the Harmony webpage. Can anyone help me on this? I am close to sending the 550 back for a refund.
