After I get all the settings in and hit update remote this error pops up

Updating Remote: Configuration Error
This problem must be resolved before you can update the remote.

The IR command 'PowerToggle' is invalid.
Suggestions:

* MINREPEATS may be set to an invalid value. Try setting the value to 1 or higher

anyone seen this before or know how to fix?

Come to find out it was a issue with them, and not the remote
