From what I have heard the logitech support is really good though I can not say I have used it myself. Another thing about this forum is the only people who come here are going to have problems I don't think people would come here just to talk about how much they love their remote. I only have experience with a 550 that I programed for someone else and after much headache getting it set up when it was finally working I liked it so much I purchased an 880 for myself. I plan on starting to program it for my setup tonight.
