Allways have to laugh when I hear the combination of Foxtel and Harmony. Reason:

Quote: "It seems that this digital box company has elected to use a protocol of codes that no universal remote can be used with Foxtel Digital due to the inherent technology used."

LOL!

Those [censored] from Intrigue Technology. Because of this, the technology theft and the lies in the Harmony FAQ's & marketing, I allways thought the people @ Intrique where lying crooks. But when I met them at consumer electronics shows, I realize they might not be lying on purpose, but more because of stupidity and complete lack of knowledge of IR protocols and remote control technology.

Proper universal remotes (e.g. URC, Philips, OFA, ...) did not have any problems at all to control these boxes, in fact the IR protocol selected by Foxtel is a well known IR protocol that has been implemented in many other STB's for years.

But the current line of Harmony 1000 & 880 remotes should be compatible with Foxtel.
