I feel like I'm engaging in my own monologue here. ;) Anyway, I figured out a workaround for my problem. On my SYSTEM OFF macro, I program in a discrete on for the DVD player first then a nondiscrete power button toggle to turn it off. This gets around the problems I have with the discrete off. However, it's kinda annoying to jump through such hoops so if anyone has a discrete off that works properly, let me know. Peace.
