Hello, yes, I did find the right person to talk to at Hughes via my Mitsubishi technical support provider. We sent a unit, two learning remotes, and the original remote to Crestron, who provided us with a discreet set of codes for HD and SD. No power codes were available... the units consume the same amount of power on or off...leave it on. By the way, the EPA will soon reqire these units to have an energy conserving "standby" mode...possibly spurring savy mfg. to provide codes?
