Hello, I have a Mits 27-407 (similar generation set) that responds to discreet on and off commands, but not to discreet input commands...
get your hands on a current Mits TV remote, hold PWR and press 0,9,0. the remote is now set to issue power on with the PWR button, and power off with the STOP button. Hope it works for you!
