Try an Onkyo A/V receiver such as models TX-DS575x, TX-DS595, TX-DS676, or TX-DS696-(newest release which is highly recommended if you are doing your video switching with the receiver). In addition to discrete inputs and on/off these units come with a GREAT all button learning remote that is nice to have for a back up.
