EFC OBC Function 024 066 Wide Zoom 040 050 Zoom 023 069 Sub-Title 038 049 Normal
The EFC's are also known as Advanced Codes and I assume that you know how to progam those keys to your OFA URC-8811. This will be for Sony 15-bit protocol device 164 the normal secondary device code for Sony TV's. The OBC's are the true command codes.
The Pronto hex codes above are for the same command codes but for device 36. Although I have not seen device 36 used in Sony TV's before, those same command codes do apparently work for some Sony TV's using device 164.
If those codes don't work with TV_0000, then you will need a JP-1 cable and do a device upgrade to add device 36. It is quite easy if you have the cable.
PS1, Do you know which particular Sony TV's respond to device 36? Any other details that you have would be helpful.
