As best we could tell, this is a problem with the 5002/5004/4242 Fujitsu models. We haven't had this problem with the non HD Fujitsus. We believe it is an RF inteferance problem. These sets also affect Bose RF remotes. I don't like them but some people insist(on Bose). At least I don't have a trunkslammer pricing problem with either brand.
