Stuart1, you need to have Pronto in "Learn" mode
before downloading. Press the pronto icon at the
top of any screen and hold for 1 or 2 seconds.
It does not have to be in learn mode. It just has to be awake. All you have to do it touch the screen or the backlight button to wake it up.
