Just a quick note.

If you are an Extron dealer... take advantage of the training they provide. We just recently did when they came to Seattle and found it to be outstanding. Trainers were all well prepared and the cirriculum went from easy to advanced in a very logical progression. As an old industry vet, you think you sometimes know it all, but just about anyone would pick up some new info here. Unfortunately though, there are four new pounds that I gained from all the food and hospitality.
