The older Pioneer brackets had knockouts for the power and signal connections, the new ones don't.
We usually try to have the electrical placed as close to the bracket as possible, in a place where it won't be seen easily, usually near the top.
And don't forget to use a recessed outlet, cuz Pioneer's AC plugs are HUGE!
