I see you know your customers well since you visit their homes and check out the situation and needs, make recommendations on what you see. Have you ever noticed that only 1% of customers really know what they need. No, I guess not because you sit in a chair behind a desk answering a phone and emails. So I have ZERO respect for someone like you who does your job because you have no idea what you are doing. Belive me I'm not far off here. Why you say.
