I assume your looking for a RF solution?
For a Speaker Level control solution.
Well, depending onRange Issues, the Xantech RAT-1 is fully addressable to something like 68 code sets or something along those lines. Use a TSU-3000 or RC-5200 with a RF extender and lern in 4 separate Xantech RC68+ RAT Codesets and viola. 4 independant Volume on/off Mute commands.
You can do what your Describing by using 4 philips RF Gateways w/ one Remote, just assign a different RF Chnnel for each Keypad.
A RTI-T2 w/ RF interface will give you 6 disccrete Control Channels as well.
