To repeat the question, I need both the progressive component output and a composite output to be live at the same time. My client wants to be in the theater watching his Dwin TV-3 and if he gets tired, go to his bedroom and watch a modulated signal, while the rest of the family still watches the Dwin. I have tried a Sony DVD-VCR combo player(don't know the model) that does not feed composite when it is switched to progressive output. So the statement that every Sony will output both at the same time is incorrect.
