Why are you assuming it the Lexicon remote if you havent actually witnessed this occur? How do you know someone wasnt hitting buttons on the front of the unit???? Or one of the Source componants remotes?
I DO remeber a Yamaha DCD-C900 remote "FWD TRACK" button would Cyle the input on the VHD Controller of a Runco VX101......
