I think you're mistaking product lines with the
company name. AMX went to Panja about 3 years
ago and then changed back to AMX about 1.5 years
ago, that's it.
Personally I have AMX in my house, but I work
on about 50/50 AMX and Crestron. I'd go with
AMX if you want to do a lot of web-based control
or have more than one master controller.
That's funny...
So all those keypads that I put in the wall that said PHAST, and PANJA, AND AMX, and LANDMARK were all from different companies, and just seamlessley integrated together???
The PHAST training manual in my garage that was printed about three years ago isn't for AMX or Panja products...even though it references all three.....
The CF-8 that I used that said landmark on the side of it, worked seamlessly with an amp that said PHAST on the front...
Fact is, they changed names several times, and re-branded long lists of products the same way...I still have several PHAST DMS keypads in the garage, right next to them I have some AMX DM keypads, and right next to those I have a PANJA keypad (at least that's what the stickers on the back say)
