Ive noticed that Xantech makes an rs232 interface and was wondering if thier dragonrop was capable of controlling devices directly from a pc? Or if there is a better company for doing this. I occasional do PLC programming and a logic based software that monitored and controlled status of components would be of great help. For instance when a centrally located DVD changer is activated from one room it is turned on, then when simultaniusly activated from another it is not affected. But if one room stops calling for it's use the device does not turn off until both rooms (or many rooms) stop using the device. I hope was clear enough in my example. Any suggestions or information would be helpfull, Thanks. Zack
