Davis W: Yesterday I discovered through trial and error, that Sony uses the discrete POWER OFF code of 621 for all of my Sony components, ie; DVD, DBS, VCR and Receiver. POWER OFF for my RCA TV is
731. Tried each one successfully but was not as lucky (yet) applying them to a macro.

As for my above mentioned setup, I have eliminated the VCR input with a splitter (duh!) and simply set it up on channel 3. I then deleted the 2 macro sequences which I can use for my discrete offs. I would prefer to use a two button stroke to prevent accidental shut downs. Anybody care to help? Thanks, Dennis.
