Thanks Johnsfine - however, as I stated (and I just rechecked all these again) the Grundig codes given don't work - neither does search mode (all 150+ ch+ clicks!!) and learning of any mode (power on/off being just one of many I tried). Process for learning is as followed on 975 instructions in the manual (i.e. set learn mode, display goes off, comes on and blinks twice when "learnt" - magic key for 3...). Still nothing...

The OFA only has one macro in it (5 key presses) and nothing else in the learn memory (although if there's a way to clear this down, I'll happily do that, too, if it will help).
