Hi I'm new here and couldn't find the information I needed. I just got the RS 12-2133 today and I'm using AUD-1295 for my samsung theater in a box (HT-DS610). The code works on most features but I cannot get the menu button, guide button, or surround sound button to work. I'd really appreciate any help.
Also, are there any other remotes that cost around the same amount that might work better? Thanks!
