Unfortunately, if that *is* your remote, this doesn't really solve the problem since it uses a very common RCA code and should correspond to the Radio Shack (and One-for-All) TV set up code 0047. Are you sure that is the code you are using? If so, I wonder if there is something strange about the way your TV set handles channel changing commands? Maybe someone else on the forum has experienced a similar problem and can help.
