I had the same problem with the pronto. After several sleepless nights and almost getting a divorce, I gave up and returned it. I ordered the T2 from www.homeautomationnet.com who had the lowest price. I should be receiving my T2 this Wed or Thurs. I've already downloaded the software and started working on it. The T2 software is 200% much more user friendly.You definetely don't need a college degree for this one. Although the price of the T2 nearly doubles compared to the pronto, I definetely think it's worth it.
