Some toshiba's and other rear projection tv's have the sensor in the screen.
If it is a rear projection set pull the grill cloth off and remove the 4 to 6 screws at the bottom of the trim piece that holds the screen on then lift straight up un the front of the set the whole screen and trim will come off.....You will now see the ir sensor(little bubble)
push the emitter in through the back and place it next to or on top of the sensor.............
OH!!!! UNPLUG THE TV FIRST.....
