Let me say this loud and clear to all contemplating a T2 purchase. Until RTI has an internet policy in place, you will get absolutly the SAME warranty and manufacturers support when you buy from homeautomationnet or Etronix, we are both good and reputable dealers operating with RTI's full knowledge. I can make this pledge because RTI made this promise to me and they are a class organization that stands behind thier products. RTI reads reviews this site to gain feedback on thier product and if they had any problem with homeautomationnet's business practices believe me they could cut of my supply of thier products in a heartbeat.
