While I certainly agree with the spirit of all the previous posts, it has yet to be mentioned that RTI isn't exactly doing a bang-up job on website security by issuing a single generic username and password. If each dealer had their own login information, selling this information could easily be tracked to an individual purchaser. Yes, I know this would require updating their website more than once every 12 months, and add to the cost of doing business, but how much does this kind of software piracy add to that cost?
If the demand is present, and you make a product convenient to resell anonymously, some a-hole out there is going to sell it despite the fact that it is illegal.
