thanks, yes, firmware...I haven't done that before so did not remember what to call it.
I always upload and save, even if I have the original in my computer, just in case the client has changed something, so I can see what is going on. And the few times I have not woken up the remote, it has not connected with the computer.
Always good advice, so thanks for it!
