I was at a client's home today and decided to make some slight improvements on his two-year old TSU2000.

The Prontos I do always have a home page with source selections which jump to the component pages. This particular system has a main home page, an audio home page and a video home page, all to handle the shutdown/turn back on delay needed by the projector. I never use the macro or component drop-downs, just home and device pages.

In the process of doing this, I needed to unhide a couple of pages on the receiver. The client never needs to see the receiver source choices because they are all inside macros.

Once I unhid the pages, the remote went a little nuts. When I dropped down the component list and hit "receiver," the Pronto went back and cycled through two home pages, then came to the Receiver page. It appeared just fine. Other times the same thing would happen, but the page would be blank, even if I put it in the learn mode. One last time, the page appeared without the up/down arrows, and when I went to drop down the component menu, the screen went blank, then reappeared with the up/down arrows.

When the screen was blank, I uploaded it once to look at it. Everything was actually there and functioning.

So, is THIS the place where you guys say "reflash the ROM?" Or...what?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
