It really depends on where you live, as the current law forbids the DSS providers from transmitting the signals for more than TWO LOCAL stations per network through DBS system equipment. If you are getting NETWORK (ABC, NBC, Fox, CBS) feeds from both LA and NYC on DISH, then they are simply violating currently enacted law signed by Clinton Dec. 1.
PBS has only one national satellite feed anyway, and are categorized with "Superstations" in the new legislation (royalty considerations, etc.)
