On my receiver, the setup menus guided me thru the install. Told me to bypass the switch then reconnect it. Did you check your signal strength and switch setup? Just checked mine to give you a comparison - switch input 1 is the 110 west satellite and comes in at 86%, switch input 2 is the 119 west satellite and comes in at 75%. Let me know what you see.
