My dad had the exact same problem. He has a rear projection tv with a cool side by side POP feature. He bought 2 identical RCA Directv receivers (possibly the same model refered to by Kevin R)and plugged them into the same tv. The problem is he needed the remote for the TV and the RCA. Then each time he swiched inputs he had to switch the mode of the RCA remote. I programmed my pronto to work them both seamlessly and make use of his POP in order to convince him that the pronto was a necessity. He flat out loved it. I have never posted a CCF to this forum before, but if you want it let me know and i will give it a shot. If i can't get the post to work i could probably even email it to you.
