bb & Dan, thanks for the recommendations. As I understand, I do not need to purchase the Pioneer SH-D09 DTV tuner to receive HDTV from DirectTV! Correct?
I live in a remote mountain resort in New Mexico and don't expect to ever get local HDTV. Therefore my only source for HDTV will be sat. Please respond that I am correct not needing the Elite DTV tuner ---- only a DTC-100 or Panasonic x51 STB?
