Here in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, the cable quality is pretty basic. With a digital box, at $12/month plus min. of $10 for programming, we get digital signals on about 10 or 12 "extra" stations... the quality is a teensy bit better. There is no HD feed at all.
To get HD programming, one must subscribe to a satellite service. ... Mike
