Mourad: I just installed mine a couple of weeks ago. I have a splitter coming out of it so I don't have to go through the SVHS VCR (actually, I have enough inputs and outputs that I don't need a splitter...). And the picture is definitely better than regular cable on those digital channels, at least for the movies. A number of the extra "digital" channels are not really broadcast any better than regular cable; they just fit into the digital band for delivery to the home, so they look pretty much as they would without the box.

And what I'd like to know is, is the picture going to be better coming out of the digital box on the coax, into the TV, or coming out as SVHS and into the TV? ... Mike
