I've got a client who tells me that his tivo give off a high pitched hum in the background during playback of some of his recorded programs..anyone know if this is a tivo specific issue before i go out and charge him a service fee for something i can't take care of? the rest of the sources work fine and he added the tivo separately of the equipment we spec'd.. also, the tivo is about four years old..
