Ah, 40-4, that's an old bug CTV had with their
PSIP. I had thought it was fixed - I had this
some months back on my standalone tuner but it
was reported by others to be fixed so I rescanned
and it came up correctly as 9-1 - but it's possible
it's come back again (my HDTV tuner caches PSIP
information so unless I do a full rescan it "remembers"
how it was when it was scanned and never checks
again).
On my samsung ts160 tuner it comes out as 9-1 and 39-1 works as well. It's just the ati hdtv tuner that's not tuning these channels. I can get 9-4 instead of 9-1 only if I run a graph in graphedit. But if I run the application that the graph is based on I still can't get 9-1 or 9-4. GRRRR!!!
