Speaking of ATI & CTV, I've got a different problem with them on the TV Wonder Elite, which is just an analog card receiving Rogers analog cable. Turns out when watching CTV, every time the screen goes white the sound turns to static.

After a couple of months living with this I finally contacted ATI and they came back and said they've reproduced the problem and hope to fix it. What? I'm the only one that's ever noticed this?

But the kicker is I live only a couple blocks away from ATI's headquarters - they're on the exact same cable system as I and get the same channels (which is probably why it was so easily reproduced).

Oh well!
