I have a 2 x 4 multiswitch hooked up to my round DirectTV satellite. I have also attached an OTA antennae to the multiswitch.

My question is this: Do I need to use a diplexer for every line I run from the multiswitch or do I only need a diplexer on the line I want to split the OTA signal from?

Will the OTA signal mess up the satellite signal if I don't use a diplexer on that line?

Any help will be appreciated.
