audio out of reiver,no sound

I missed this -- the receiver has audio coming out of it, but no sound? Could you describe this a bit more fully?

is there like a fuse maybe inside for audio?

Like, no, maybe not. Fuses are only used in high current circuits such as the power going into a unit or the power amp outputs to the speakers (and even that is pretty rare).

Does your satellite receiver allow you to choose between analog and digital audio? Secondary Audio Program? Do you get anything, even a buzz? (Check your audio path by connecting an audio cable to the yellow video out connector WITH THE VOLUME SET AT LOW. You should get a buzzing sound from the video out jack, and that would prove that your audio cables and your amp are set up correctly.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
