After conacting Motrola they tell me the cable company needs to update the units firmware to v12.23. Mine currently has v12.22. So I call the cable company and to my amazment they have no idea what I'm taling about. So after the girl checks with someone who is supposed to know more she says they will send a tech out to look at the box. I'm interested to find out what the tech knows about this. Seems to me that the cable company should be able to flash the firmware update from their location and restart the box.
