Update: I just took another look at the RCA and the audio
tracks are now identified as English and French. The English
one is going on and off. The French labelled one is solid.
This is still happening today. I watched it for hours last night and the second audio track was solid. Most of the locally produced commercials and news were in HD except "national" ads for Rogers products like cellphones. Lots of HD content too except "Letterman" was an SD feed. The CBS logo is in a different place that on the WIVB HD version.
I have received this email from someone else today, but don't see anything here yet.
"OMNI 1 HD is apparently being tested on UHF Ch. 64 as well."
