I have had two Pronto's for four or five years. I have never had a problem with the Pronto learning commands from other remotes. I just got an Electrohome projector and the Pronto will not learn the commands from the Electrohome remote. Anybody got any ideas of why I am having this problem? I notice that on other remotes, the red LED stays lit when you hold down a button. On the Electrohome, the red LED flickers.
