Hello all,

I am new for this forum and may be will ask the stupid question. But could you please be so kind to answer it .

I have Yamaha MRX-70 learning remote control and I am going to use it with my Yamaha DSP-1 processor. I want
to teach MRX-70 with DSP-1 commands but I do not have the original remote. But I found the .ccf file for the Pronto. Is that possible to use "Pronto Emulator" to send the IR codes using the standard IRDA port on my laptop? Is there any other utility around which can do this for me? Or may be there is some other software which works over "Pronto Emulator" and can retransmit the signals from the RS-232 port to the IRDA port.

I would really appreciate for any help.

Thank you

Victor.
