TRY IT WITH YOUR DRYER ON. IF THERE IS A DUAL PHASE PROBLEM, THE DRYER (SINCE IT IS ON 220V) WILL CONNECT BOTH PHASES OF YOUR HOME. IF IT WORKS THEN YOU MAY NEED A PHASE COUPLER (XPCP)
