I've had trouble getting up in the mornings. The alarm clock just wasn't doing the trick. Well, I'd never tried using the timers/macros in the ActiveHome kit before now, so I gave something a try.

I set the bedroom lights to come on full-bright at 6:30AM ... same time as my alarm clock. Damn, it's annoying, but it gets the job done. ; )

I'd heavily recommend the ActiveHome kit over the Fuse or MacroRecorder software, since ActiveHome works even when the computer is OFF.

Off this topic, but ... does anyone know where I can get two-way communicating modules on the cheap?
