I have the tripp lite usb adaptor, and it has been working fine... until I tried to UPLOAD from a TSU6000 with a locked configuration. My laptop gets a blue screen of death, and reboots. I can upload and download with all other prontos except for a pro with locked ccf. Very frustrating at a customers house! Any ideas?
